Does your operating system generate core dumps for programs with bus
errors? Or perhaps you've disabled core dumps? What does the shell
command "ulimit -a" report?

Perhaps someone else at your location can give you a hand in running
Bison under a debugger. If not, can you do something like this?
Admittedly this is getting a bit tricky, but the goal is for you to be
able to show us how to reproduce the problem.
$ cd tests/testsuite.dir/105
$ gdb ../../../src/bison
(gdb) run -o glr-regr2a.c glr-regr2a.y
