While gettext-0.14.1 is built with automake-1.8.2, it uses an outdated
config/missing file. Please update to the copy of 'missing' from
automake-1.8.2. The latest version of 'missing' doesn't error out when
trying to run a program that is not found. This comes in handy when
you update some of the configure machinery and don't have
autoconf/automake/etc. in your PATH at build time.
