Agree. Albert, what about the idea to shorten it and making a chapter
like "For the impatient", and you also take part in "big helpfile"

Yep, I forgot this. We should take current snaphots of the the board and
use the text (as it is) in a second/third chapter "Rules".

Another annotation:

The trick of good documentation is getting everything similar (same
snapshots ...), finding items quickly (good structure and links) and
using "kiss" (keep it simple and short, some say "stupid" instead of
short). Our current situation is that we have a lot of documentation
(good quality) spread around in the web,  written in many different
styles. I assume that sometimes users have a question, firstly try to
figure it out for themselfes, then try getting some documentation in the
web and finally will find it easier to ask on the mailing list.

IMHO our goal should be to collect and bundle the good stuff and create
a consistently documentation that users are willing to read.
