Maybe we can just remove the "feature" that reports obvious things like
"player 1 rolled 2-1" or "gnubg rolled 6-6" [I know, this is a fire-starter
;)]
If we don't echo the roll result (an other stuff like "gnubg is considering
move ..." or similar) the "quiet tutor" could be implemented at least in
GUI version. It is probably more complicate for the command line version
...
