Both '[' and ']' have special meaning for the shell. You should always
use extra level of quoting when using filenames with such characters,
e.g.
tar -xC /mnt/archos-ext/potucek/
'safe/misc/rccalcs4/r\(\[r\(rc\)\]\[\(rc\)\]\)-100-50.z'
