I think my change (only changing to 21.3.50/21.3.0.50 when 21.2/21.2.1
is released from CVS head) should fix that.  Do you agree, in theory?

I somewhat agree about the ``visually distinctive'' bit.  I will
insist on distinguishing 21.1.0.50 (CVS) from 21.1.0.90 (Pre-test)
until somebody corrects me, though.

The thought had crossed my mind, but I didn't want to get into that.
