... that hopefully can be fixed with `arch-id:' --
Currently it only accepts `arch-tag:' if it's preceded entirely by
`punctuation' on the line, which runs afoul of many common comment
syntaxes, e.g. address@hidden' (texinfo), `rem' (basic, dos batch files), `dnl'
(autoconf/m4), etc. This is an especially vexing restriction for file
types that have _only_ line-oriented comments.
It seems good enough to require that the immediately preceding character
be non-alphanumeric (in most cases whitespace, but some people might
like to write things like `#arch-tag: ...' in a shell file).
