At least one. The url you're talking about is actually probably this 99
character monster:

I can imagine what a mess it would be to implement this. First, we'd
have to teach "tla get" how to use libneon. Then, we would have to hop
several steps up the tree, until we found =meta-info. Then we would have
to dive into =meta-info to grab the archive information. Now, we have to
register the archive from the information we grab from there.

All this work for a 99 character url that is too long to fit into any
properly formatted email?

tla catcfg configname  | cut -f1 | xargs -n1 tla update
