Derek,

okay : I will try to develop this article a little bit so that some day 
it can be useable as a "Getting Started" document.
Note that the url could change in the future; I will post any changes to 
this group.
If anybody has chunks of text or just ideas of things that should be 
covered in such a document, please tell me.
I have also other work to do, so forgive me if I work with variable speed...
