[gnugo-devel] more komoku josekis

Some more komoku josekis.

- Answers to low 1 space pincer after small knight's approach
- Continuations after large knight's approach
- Another avalanche continuation (non-joseki)

Again, these are taken from Ishida's Dictionary of Basic Joseki.

In general, I haven't been targeting specific deficiencies, just looking
for areas we seemed to be missing variations.  If anyone has noticed
specific problem areas, I'll be happy to work on those.
