[gnugo-devel] more hoshi work

- high kakari, low response.

It's not listed as joseki in Ishida, but I put in a few plausible
variations because it gets played on nngs sometimes.

So...  I've run out of obvious shortcomings in gnugo's hoshi database.
Anyone else have problem cases here?
