QT is actually under a dual license:  Proprietary/GPL so if the code you 
link with it is GPL, then you can invoke the GPL for QT as well.

This effectively means that GPL'd code doesn't have to pay for the use 
of QT, but commercial projects do.  Quite fair, IMO.
