Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help out here. I get the following error when
running the gnumed.py file:
==========================================
bash-2.05b$ python gnumed.py --debug
Determining GnuMed base directory ...
- environment variable GNUMED_DIR contains []
(this is not a valid path, however)
- standard path [/usr/share/gnumed/] not accessible
- seems like we are running from an arbitrary
directory (like a CVS tree or on Windows)
log file is [/home/craig/.gnumed/gnumed.log]
Activating verbose log level for debugging.

Program halted.
Please check whether your PYTHONPATH environment variable is
set correctly and whether you have all necessary third-party
Python modules installed.
In rare situations it may be necessary to set the GNUMED_DIR
environment variable.
Please also make sure to check the log file for errors. You
can increase its log level with '--debug'.
=======================================================
I am running gentoo and have all the required packages installed. (at
least I think I do. If anyone else is running gnumed on gentoo, what are
the ebuilds that you have installed?)
I have the latest source from CVS.
TIA
Regards
Craig
