[h-e-w] Precompiled cvs emacs for windows.

Hi,

I just compilled the cvs version of emacs with image support (jpeg,
png, tiff, xpm). If anyone is intereste it can be downloaded from my
website:

http://www.crasseux.com/emacs/

The tarball is 22 megs, and includes everything (even image library
dlls).

All that is necessary is to unpack it somewhere and run
~/emacs/bin/addpm.exe

P.S. I compilled it with mingw and some libraries I got off the gnuwin
site. If anyone needs help compilling just let me know.
