email notification, CVS server/client

Question about commit notification email in CVS server/client mode.

We set up CVS server/client operation, and use password authentication.

Several users are defined run as pubcvs.
$CVSROOT/CVSROOT/passwd:
tester:XR4pjK023zika:pubcvs

when tester commit change, the email notification is from "address@hidden"

What do we need to change so that commit notification is sent from
tester,
real user account, not from a shared account(pubcvs)?

the loginfo file:

^test    /usr/bin/mailx -c `whoami` -s "COMMIT: %{sv}" jliu
