You may build your own from sources:

Fetch a copy of the .src.rpm file from the downloads page:
  http://ccvs.cvshome.org/servlets/ProjectDownloadList

and then rebuild it with the following commands:

  sudo rpm --rebuild cvs-1.11.6-cvshome.org.1.src.rpm
  sudo rpm -Fvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/cvs-1.11.6-cvshome.org.1.i386.rpm

Sure, the existing rpm might work, but you can trivially build one for
your particular distribution, so why not do it cleanly?
