Already been proven that the problem still exists.  I let ralf into my
PHPGroupware so he could see the problem.  And he sees / knows about the
problem already.  Already also been put out there as a bug report.

Also check the little blue box beside calendar under Admin, User Accounts

Also check the user prefs for calendar

Those are the three places (including Admin, User Groups) that the record
sharing
can be defined

Turn off all sharing and see if your problem persists
