I'd suggest to tweak the line breaking here and below, e.g you can
keep int128_add and other stuffs as long as it does not exceeds 70 or
80 characters at the line where "end =" sits.

Unless there's a special requirement. I'd suggest to reuse the
existing listener (since you've already had if (iommu_region()) check
there).
