special page format and printing order

hi all,

i wont to scale text to 4 logical pages which in total 
don't use the area of the physical page (A4). My printable
area is i.e. 150mm by 77mm plus binding margin 10mm.
How can i pass this values to the programm.

Second, i use a duplex printer. To match front and back 
i need output order of 1,3,5,7,4,2,8,6 ...
How can i achiev this , similar to the --book qualifier.
Plus: placing on back of physical page has to be diffrent
from front.

is there docu on how to this.
