Making mail labels with a2ps

     Hi'

In the course of making mail labels (Prewritten stickers
with the address of the recipient to put on envelopes) from
a database, I have found, that a2ps could do that pretty
much the way, I would like to do it. Precition in the
positioning is of course important, and thus I am looking
for a way to remove the intercolumn space. Let me try to
illustrate, what I would like to have. Let us assume, that I
would like to have 3 columns, and let me just look at row
number 1.

The default behaviour of a2ps will produce something like
the following.

---------- ---------- ----------
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
---------- ---------- ----------

You see, that there is some space between the columns.
What I would like is to simply remove the intercolumn space,
such that the output would look something like the
following.

------------------------------
| | | |
| | | |
| | | |
| | | |
------------------------------

I have in the documentation not been able to track down
any way to do that, but I may very well have overlooked
something. Could somebody please guide me in the right
direction.

Thanks for any help in advance.

   Best Regards.

     Thomas.
