How make a2ps auto'ly use html2ps for html files?

I love a2ps and now want to fix it to use html2ps unless
advised otherwise for html files...

I get error messages that differ when Netscape running
and when not?!?!?...

(seberino /tmp) % a2ps  --output=- myhtmlfile.html
netscape: not running on display :0.0
[myhtmlfile.html (html, delegated to Netscape): failed.  Ignored]
[No output produced]
(seberino /tmp) % netscape &
[1] 9314
(seberino /tmp) % a2ps  --output=- myhtmlfile.html
sh: psnup: command not found
[myhtmlfile.html (html, delegated to Netscape): failed.  Ignored]
[No output produced]
(seberino /tmp) % 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  How do others
handle html files automagically?
