configuration help: 132 char on portrait letter

I need to configure a 132 char by 60 line greenbar paper printout to print 
on 8.5 x 11 letter paper 1 input page to 1 output page portrait orientation.

Can anyone help me get this configuration right? I have it working with 
landscape, but the boss would like it portrait. We used to do this on an 
HPLJ5 using PCL. We are now using a PS only printer and need this to work.
