converting staroffice document

hello,
      How to convert a star office document ? a2ps
converter reports that the file is binary when trying
to print to a file , but with -guess option it says
plain. With --print-anyway=1 option it converts into a
postscript but not with the actual content of the star
office document. All the other files java,doc,txt,jpg,
gif can be converted.Can anyone help.
