I was very surprised (and somewhat disturbed :-) by the fact that 'a2ps'
does _not_ support the UTF-8 encoding ?
+ Any reason why that is (ie. the lack of utf-8 support) ?
+ Are there any plans to look into or implement UTF-8 support ?
