Can a user modify sheets.map or specify an alternative?

Hi,

Firstly I do not have ROOT privs on this system so I
cannot modify /usr/local/share/a2ps/sheets/sheets.map.

I have a new style sheet (e.ssh for the 'e' Language
from Verisity) and I'm also programming in C++ but
the default here is .C.

Can I specify in my ~/.a2ps/a2pscr file the .C -> cxx.ssh
and .e -> e.ssh (which lives in ~/.a2ps)?
