Windows and NT "exe's" for a2ps

Hi,

I am looking for:

1) a stable binary (exe) for NT and windows of the a2ps routine

2) latest source location(s) for a2ps and instructions for building for both NT/Win and Linux/Unix platforms

3) A nice routine that does text-pdf conversions.  I am currently using a2ps and ps2pdf.  Is this a good way to convert to pdf's?
