duplex printing

Hello,

I have a2ps installed and it works great.  I do have one configuration 
question.

I have several printers defined.  Only one is capable of printing duplex, 
so the default is to print simplex.
Options: -s1

How can I make the default for the duplex printing to be duplex (-s2)?  But 
still have users be able to override the default setting (be able to print 
simplex on the duplex printer)?
