Hi,
I prepared new candidate tarball 4.13c-rc4. Now it can be downloaded
from alpha.gnu.org:
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/a2ps/a2ps-4.13c-rc4.tar.gz
Thanks to Nelson Beebe and others, we are approaching new stable
release steadily. Hopefully this 4.13c-rc4 is the last or next to
last release candidate. Somehow Gentoo Linux developers have already
"released" 4.13c, so I'll call the next one 4.14, not 4.13c.
BTW, I set up my blog for announcing my projects publicly.
