[Antiright-devel] Bash dependency removal

Hello.  Dependence on bash will be removed in the next release.  ACE, however, 
will remain, since much work has been done to create it, and it is the best 
application of arshell so far.  A new bourne shell script will be created for 
future active development.  The main change will be a simplification of the 
environmentdefined by the script.  The philosophy for designing the script 
therefore will be consolidation of function and avoidance of redundancy.  For 
example, the only desktop component will be a consolidated panel with time, 
load average, and mail status.  Otherwise, things already in a standard 
GNU/Linux or, especially, NetBSD system will not be re-invented.
