Most (well please remember, Most) modern browsers support cookies from
302 redirect.

I haven't tested it in 2019. But anyway, you may rely on it cautiously.

For headers in HTTP redirect, IIRC, there's no spec in HTTP standard.

It's no proper for us to provide auto mechanism in Artanis, since I'm
not sure how many people will do it, and what's their browsers. ;-)
Anyway, we just provide the low-level API for it.
