[Aspell-user] en_NZ locale causes no dictionaries to work - how to work around it?

I'd like to get Aspell to work in my Emacs, because spellchecking is
awesome and useful. However, I've never gotten Aspell to work because
of my locale (en_NZ) not having a dictionary. How could I work around
this? I don't mind using a (for example) en_GB dictionary if that's
what it takes, but how would I set this up?
