It went more verbose than I thought, but I hope nobody minds if I add
the text attached to the manual, at the end of section 4.1.2 Selecting
and Executing a Command.

One other thing occured to me: the titles in the indices are misplaced
(see attachement).  I tried with \texinfoversion{2016-06-18.21} and
\texinfoversion{2016-07-16.19}.  Can somebody reproduce this?
