Right I even combined it to one function. Putting it in the
post-command-hook works, but the problem is

M-x

When I want to enter the minibuffer that hook is annoying. Ok I could
call a toggleing function which puts the function into the hook and
remove it and bind that to a key. Are there better solutions or better
suited hooks?
