Can the AUCTeX package include a CWEB Mode for the cweave workflow?
The following link has a CWEB Mode but the keybindings interfere with
those on Emacs 28.

Searching the term "tex latex emacs cweb" on Duckduckgo finds a
buglog mention of CWEB Mode being broken in emacs-goodies-el for
Ubuntu.
