Details:
#define FOO BAR
becomes
#define PREFIX_FOO BAR
notice the extra space before BAR in the second example.
This is harmless, except in the macro case:
#define BAZ(x) SOMEBAZ(x)
which becomes
#define PREFIX_BAZ (x) SOMEBAZ(x)
and the preprocessor no longer recognizes that it's a macro.
The patch also removes other unnecessary trailing whitespaces.
