Details:

Hi autoconf-archive team,

The version detection in the AX_PKG_SWIG macro is incorrect and fails to
accept SWIG 2.0 where SWIG >= 1.3.x is requested.

Proposed patch attached, or pull from

git://landschoff.net/autoconf-archive.git
