Details:
The old logic for detecting Qt without $PATH or qmake was never very reliable
and the last change to this macro broke it entirely. If the Qt variables
cannot be found via $PATH and qmake, then it would be best to manually define
them in the makefile.
Sorry for submitting bad code the first time and breaking things. I do
honestly think that requiring Qt5 or later is the only sane way to implement
Qt autodetection.
If you accept this patch, you can skip the "Remove duplicate summary output"
patch.
