Hello!

The following configure.in tests C++ for no reason:

AC_INIT
AC_LANG(Fortran 77)
AC_CHECK_HEADER(unistd.h)
AC_OUTPUT

ChangeLog:
        * aclang.m4 (AC_REQUIRE_CPP): Don't default to C++ - call AC_FATAL
        for unsupported languages.
