Sorry Lars, I missed those.  That's the sort of thing you need if you
`set -e' your script, but this script has no reason to be.  So I OK
your patch.  But really people, I don't think install-sh deserves this
attention.  Still, I do understand the pleasure of finding a new
sand box :)
