| I regret to say that that tests 29 and 68 fail if I have only the
| native SGI compiler in my path. If g77 is in my path - then
| test 29 works, but test 68 fails.
| (For the g77 case, a line starting +/usr/bin/../../usr/lib32/cmplrs/as is
emitted). The following errors are from the vendor f77.
|
| So - no go...

| For test 29:
| testing GNU Fortran 77
| ....
| ./compile.at:119: autoheader --autoconf-dir .. -l $at_srcdir
| ./compile.at:119: top_srcdir=$top_srcdir ./configure
| --- empty Fri Dec 8 14:04:21 2000
| +++ stderr      Fri Dec  8 14:04:34 2000
| @@ -0,0 +1,4 @@
| +f77 ERROR: -- not allowed in non XPG4 environment
| +f77 ERROR parsing --version: unknown flag
| +f77 ERROR: no source or object file given

This is a failure of the test suite itself, thanks, I will fix it
within a second. [a se] Done. [cond.]

This is also a weakness of the test suite which has been fixed too.
So guess what... Could you try again? :) :) Thanks!
