Papers were sent in last week, so it shouldn't be long.
Papers for automake & libtool arrived today.

Sorry. But my choice is cut & paste or MIME (I'm using M$ Outlook until
I can get my mail achive migrated to Linux), and I've been chastised for
using MIME attachments on a few other lists. I'll use MIME attachments
in the future.

I originally just substituted directly into this statement. I've since
it to just set PATH_SEPARATOR in atconfig, and use that in atgeneral.m4.
I'll resubmit the patch later this week.
