        * lib/autotest/general.m4 (AT_VICTIMS): Rename as...
        (AT_TESTED): this.
        (AT_INIT): More the wrapped section to where it will be expanded.
        Output `AT_tested' only when existing.
        Catch unexpanded PACKAGE_STRING and PACKAGE_BUGREPORT.
