The Posix folks spell it "POSIX", just as SCO spells spells Unix "UNIX".

The Autoconf manual's usage was inconsistent, but it clearly preferred
"Unix" so I thought it more consistent for it to prefer "Posix" as well.
"Posix" is a bit easier to read and I don't see any real possibility
for confusion.
