A couple of very minor nits to this checkin: I don't think you need to
mention the updated generated files in ChangeLog (at least very often
upon regeneration it is not done so).
Then, it is nice (but surely no requirement) for users of the CVS
version to have a checkout that does not need installed autotools
(for obvious bootstrapping reasons) nor sees the warnings spit out
by `missing'. That, however, requires to check in all updated files,
even if they have zero changes.
I've done a
cvs ci -f -m Regenerate. \
aclocal.m4 `find . -name Makefile.in` configure \
man/*.1
now, to get the repository back into this state, the only change being
an updated date on man/autom4te.1.
