Nice! But it would even be nicer if this (and other new interfaces)
showed up in the testsuite. Typically[1], untested interfaces are
broken or rot, and I assume you have tested all the newly documented
ones? (If you haven't, then of course I can try to write some, too,
but also I'd be starting to be scared by your low error ratio. ;-)

[1] One could even go as far as saying that untested interfaces are
broken by definition. Experience confirms that.
