Ah, ok, thanks.  Either formulation you use is fine with me, but I'd
like something like "you have to use... Autoconf, Automake, Perl,
and you should also have Gzip, Tar, Rsync...".  Up to you what you make
from this, I won't complain any further.  ;-)
