Thanks for the work.  A potential ChangeLog entry would have been nice.
At any rate, I will probably be applying this soon, after changing...

...this to be a declarative present tense, rather than a second-person
past conditional, since I think this shorter sentence reads better:

To disable the defaults and @env{WARNINGS}, and then enable warnings about
obsolete constructs, use @option{-W none,obsolete}.
