AC_COMPILE_IFELSE still doesn't work for Erlang with the 2.64 release, which 
is the version you package.
AC_LINK_IFELSE doesn't work for Erlang with the 2.64 release, although it now 
works with the latest git commit.

So this bug is still not fixed for your package.
