OK, I got the www.gnu.org web-pages finally checked out, and I'm willing
to do some updating.  The repository contains three copies of the same
file:

  index.html
  autoconf.html
  autoconf.es.html

What's the deal?  ".es" - is that some sort of locale thing?  It's not
a Spanish translation, so it's not the two-letter country code (unless
it's not translated yet).
