It depends on your build setup, but basically:
htmldir = $(prefix)/atlc-version/html-docs
html_DATA = list your .html files here
Ordinarily I would recommend against doing this though.
Adding a new subdirectory directly under $(prefix) is usually not what
you want to do. See the GNU Coding Standards for some suggestions on
where to install things.
